• Forcing voters to cast ballots for a specific symbol: 35.7%
• Casting of fake votes: 21.4%
• Inaction by the administration and law-enforcement agencies in preventing rule violations, disorder, or irregularities: 21.4%
• Ballot papers stamped before voting began: 14.3%
• Booth capturing: 14.3%
• Preventing opposition polling agents from entering centers: 14.3%
• Non-cooperation with voters by law-enforcement personnel: 10.7%
• Biased conduct by election officials, including returning officers: 10.7%
• Control of information flow and communication barriers (shutdown of 4G/3G networks and obstruction of journalists’ vehicle movement): 7.1%
• Obstruction of
